Sometimes you may need to download a video quickly. This can be done through the dashboard.

Once logged in to your dashboard, navigate to your video library.

Open the video you would like to download and click on the "see details" button.

Now, click the "download" button, and the MP4 will be downloaded to your computer.

And voilà! You now should have your MP4.
